The Administrator uses appropriate legal and physical measures to maintain the confidentiality of your data and secures it from unauthorized access.

  • personal data provided in the contact forms of the website - name, e-mail address, telephone number,

  • personal data contained in the content of messages sent through the site or directly to the administrator's e-mail address provided on the site,

  • for the purpose of executing contracts concluded by the Company with Customers (legal basis Article 6(1)(b) RODO);

    • for the purpose of marketing the Company's services, including for the purpose of providing information about the Company's events or activities,

  • for the purpose of recruiting individuals interested in working or cooperating with the Company (legal basis, respectively, Article 6(1)(c) and Article 6(1)(a) of the DPA).

Your personal data will be processed, depending on the particular purposes and legal basis for processing, respectively:

  • until the expiration of the statute of limitations related to the contract to which the personal data processing is related;

  • until the relevant legitimate interests pursued by the Company as Data Controller related to the processing of specific data are realized;

  • until the expiration of the time limits associated with the statute of limitations for obligations under the law;

  • until such time as an objection is made or consent is withdrawn with respect to the processing of data for marketing purposes.


​Transfer of personal data to other entities

Your personal data will be made available only to entities authorized by law or by an entrustment agreement with the Administrator. On the basis of the agreement, the Administrator may entrust your data to entities directly or indirectly related to the Company, especially in an organizational or personal way, located in one of the European Union Member States. In addition, the recipients of your data may be third-party service providers (including IT services, accounting, auditors, auditors and lawyers), as well as administrative authorities, government services and courts.
